smoothly. Please read the following descriptions carefully to
help you select the best volunteering option for your family.

Field Day Assistance |
Each league schedules their field days accordingly to
get their respective fields in shape for the season.
This includes general cleanup, raking the infields,
possibly mowing of the grass if weather permits. |
|
Concession Stand |
There are Concession Stands at Spring Grove Park, Bennet
Park and Cotting Field. We have Concession Coordinators
at each field. |
|
4th
of July Committee |
Each year, RBBA participates in the 4th of
July celebration at Horse Fair Park. RBBA operates a
concession stand throughout the day. Job duties
include: helping to pick up, load and unload the food,
drinks and ice, setup of the stand, working the
concession stand, cooking and preparing the food and
cleanup on July 5th. |
|
Field Maintenance |
RBBA takes pride in the fields that our children play
on. While the directors and managers spend a lot of
time with the up-keep as the season goes on, we require
that the fields be raked and pitchers mounds repaired at
the completion of each game. Lines and batters boxes
need to be done before games as well. |
In order
to make this
organization run smoothly and give the kids the best experience
possible, we need to have the support of volunteers.
